Riverstone Teapot is hand-thrown from speckled stoneware teapot and partially dipped in two glazes. The handle is made with found driftwood, sanded to a smooth finish and attached with bamboo cord and wire. One of a kind.

Every teapot Lucy makes is fully functional art, intended to be used and also look pretty on an open shelf. The body and spout are hand-thrown and assembled when the clay is at the leatherhard stage. A series of small holes where the spout meets the body will strain large tea leaves but for smaller loose-leaf tea a tea ball is recommended.
